इंडिया में एक प्रॉब्लम है, ये आप सब लोग जानते हैं। प्रॉब्लम ये है कि 12th के बाद कौन सा कोर्स चुनें जो आपको एक strong reputation दे। न सिर्फ strong reputation दे बल्कि खूब सारा पैसा भी दे। ऐसे सिर्फ दो ही careers लंबे समय से सामने आते रहे हैं – पहला engineering और दूसरा medical।
लेकिन अब इन दोनों careers को टक्कर देने के लिए एक नया career option सामने आया है। मैं बात कर रहा हूँ Integrated Program in Management (IPM) की, जो आपको society में उतना ही या उससे ज्यादा दर्जा देता है और income potential भी काफी high होता है।
आखिर IPM ही क्यों? क्योंकि आपको Indian Institute of Management (IIM) में जाने का मौका मिल रहा है, वो भी just after 12th।

12वीं के बाद IIM में पढ़ाई – कितना बड़ा मौका?
अधिकतर students graduation करने के बाद CAT exam देते हैं और फिर IIM में जाते हैं। लेकिन अगर आपको 12th के तुरंत बाद ही IIM में पढ़ने का मौका मिल जाए, तो सोचिए ये कितनी बड़ी बात है।
IIMs, IITs और AIIMS जैसे top institutes को टक्कर देते हैं। IPM एक extreme neutral course है, जिसमें science, commerce या arts – किसी भी stream के students apply कर सकते हैं।
कुछ colleges maths mandatory रखते हैं, लेकिन कई institutes ऐसे भी हैं जो बिना maths वाले students को भी entry देते हैं।
IPM Course Structure और Campus Life
IPM एक dual degree course है। मतलब आपकी bachelors और post graduation दोनों IIM के अंदर ही complete होती हैं।
ज्यादातर IIMs residential program चलाते हैं, जहाँ आप 5 साल तक strong peer group के साथ रहते हैं। इससे personality पर बहुत बड़ा impact पड़ता है।
IPM का curriculum भी काफी diversified होता है – economics, statistics, coding, drama, social engagement, rural immersion जैसे subjects शामिल होते हैं, जिससे 360° development होता है।
IPM programme की कुछ key salient features हैं – multi-dimensional learning perspective, social internship programmes, foreign exchange opportunities और strong campus interviews, जो students को global exposure देते हैं।

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore, Rohtak, Ranchi, Jammu और Bodh Gaya हर साल अपना National Aptitude Test conduct करते हैं। इस aptitude test के जरिए 5-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM) में admission दिया जाता है, जिसे आमतौर पर integrated MBA programme भी कहा जाता है।
IPMAT 2026 Eligibility और Admission Criteria
Eligibility: IPMAT 2026 के लिए 12th pass या appearing students (Any Stream – Science, Commerce या Arts) apply कर सकते हैं।
Admission Criteria: Admission process में IPM Aptitude Test के बाद Written Ability Test (WAT) और Personal Interview (PI) शामिल होते हैं, जो institute के अनुसार vary कर सकते हैं।
IPM Seats in India (Approx)
कुल मिलाकर अभी लगभग 788 seats हैं, और आने वाले समय में ये संख्या बढ़ने वाली है।

IPMAT Indore score से आप multiple colleges target कर सकते हैं, सिर्फ IIM Indore ही नहीं।
IPMAT Indore Exam Pattern
IPMAT Indore में तीन sections होते हैं – Quantitative Ability (Short Answer), Quantitative Ability (MCQ) और Verbal Ability। Total time 120 minutes होता है और sectional cut-off apply होता है।
Exam में Quantitative Ability (MCQ) के 30 questions (40 minutes), Quantitative Ability Short Answer के 15 questions (40 minutes) और Verbal Ability के 45 questions (40 minutes) शामिल होते हैं।
IPMAT Rohtak & JIPMAT Pattern
IPMAT Rohtak में Quant, Verbal, Logical Reasoning और DI शामिल होते हैं, जबकि JIPMAT में QA, DILR और VARC sections होते हैं।
Fees और Placements
पूरे 5 साल की fees लगभग ₹34 लाख से ₹42 लाख तक जाती है। लेकिन average placements ₹13 लाख से ₹26 लाख per annum तक हैं।
यानि 1–2 साल में ही आपकी fees recover हो सकती है।
IPM Advantages
IPM programme का सबसे बड़ा advantage यह है कि IIM से MBA degree मिलने पर students को top global companies में world-class opportunities मिलती हैं। Strong placements, international exposure और brand value इसे एक premium career option बनाते हैं।
IPM Degree Types
हर IIM same degree नहीं देता। कुछ BBA + MBA देते हैं, कुछ BA Foundations + MBA और कुछ specialized degrees जैसे BSc in Quantitative Finance भी offer करते हैं।
इसलिए IPMAT 2026 उन students के लिए best option है जो early age में management career start करना चाहते हैं।
